1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of Winaloop, available at winaloop.com.

2. Service

Winaloop aggregates public giveaways and offers entry-assistance tools. Users remain solely responsible for their entries and for complying with each organizer's rules.

3. Account

Creating an account requires a valid email and a password. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.

4. Premium subscription

• Premium costs €19.99 incl. VAT per month.
• Payment is securely handled by Stripe. Winaloop stores no card data.
• The subscription renews monthly and can be cancelled anytime from the account area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Withdrawal / refund policy: TO COMPLETE.

5. Liability

Winaloop is not the organizer of the giveaways and guarantees no winnings. The service is provided "as is".
